- Account information: name, email address (collected during registration)
- Payment information: processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
- API keys: encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Used solely to operate your OpenClaw instance.
- Usage data: anonymous page view analytics via Vercel Analytics (cookieless, no personal data).
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain the hosting service
- Process payments via Stripe
- Send transactional emails (welcome, payment, status updates)
- Monitor and improve service reliability
3. Data Storage
Account data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). Your OpenClaw instance data is stored on AWS EC2 servers. All connections are encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS.
4. Third-Party Services
- Supabase: authentication and database hosting
- Stripe: payment processing
- AWS: server infrastructure for running your OpenClaw instance
- Resend: transactional emails
- Sentry: error monitoring (no personal data collected)
- Vercel: web application hosting and cookieless analytics
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics is completely cookieless.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon cancellation, your instance data is permanently deleted. Account records may be retained for up to 90 days for billing and support purposes.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. You may delete your account at any time by canceling your subscription.
8. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, isolated containers per user, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure.
9. Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
