Terms of Service

Last updated: March 12, 2026

1. Service Description

OpenClaw Hosting (“the Service”) provides managed hosting for the open-source OpenClaw AI assistant software. We provide cloud infrastructure, maintenance, and support so you can use OpenClaw without managing servers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Payment

The Service is offered as a monthly subscription at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your instance and data will be permanently deleted.

6. API Keys

You are responsible for providing your own AI provider API key (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). We encrypt your API key at rest and use it solely to operate your OpenClaw instance. We are not responsible for charges incurred through your API key usage.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for illegal activities, sending spam, distributing malware, or any activity that harms others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

OpenClaw uses third-party AI models. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content or actions. You use AI outputs at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Open-Source License

OpenClaw is open-source software licensed under the MIT License. This Service provides hosting only and does not grant additional rights to the underlying software.
